Who we are

River Birth Co. is the birth doula practice of Gabrielle Hoeft in Wilmington, North Carolina. You can reach us at riverbirthco@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you request a phone consultation, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, due date, city or address, where you plan to deliver, anything you tell us about your pregnancy and past births, and how you heard about us. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

We also count visits to this website (which pages are viewed and which buttons are tapped) without cookies and without identifying you.

How we use it

We use your request only to reply to you, schedule your consultation and provide doula care if you book with us. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who helps us

This website is hosted by Eden Marketplace on Cloudflare, and consultation requests are delivered to us by email through Resend. They process your information only to run the website and deliver your message.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation requests as long as needed to respond to you and keep basic client records. You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you sent by emailing riverbirthco@gmail.com.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page with a new effective date.
